How do I book an appointment?
Call 905-507-4300 to speak with reception about booking a visit. Our team can help you with the next available appointment and any preparation you may need.
Are you accepting new patients?
Please call reception to confirm current availability. You can also visit our existing registration page (opens in a new tab) for the patient intake form. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm enrolment.
What are your clinic hours?
Our listed hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday. Hours are subject to physician availability. Please call before visiting.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your health card, a list of your current medications and allergies, and any forms or reports relevant to your visit. If you need a form completed, mention it when booking.
Can I send medical information through this website?
Please use our existing registration page for patient intake. Call our office to ask how to share other documents or discuss a medical concern.
